he's not particularly in the habit of letting things go, either. when they all go their separate ways, he remembers ray's certainty that there's no way to contact people from his earth safely. so what does senri do? he finds a way around it, of course - as best as he can figure out how. favors aren't really necessary anymore to get gifts from gods, so he just sweet talks them to the best of his abilities.
