Actually, he looks a little surprised for a second! For all his fussing about wanting gifts and praise and compliments, getting them is still kind of A Big Deal™ for him, okay. This is enough to temporarily distract him from the doorway weed decoration fiasco, even!

It's definitely still embarrassing and Lili knows that all the swords would say similar things to her - it's nice, how they're all so endlessly supportive in a way that she's not used to - but it doesn't make it any less heart-warming or sappy or... you know, generally terrible for her heart.]
